Hey man,
My name is Ray Dorsey & I’m a 51 yr old guy from Maryland. I’m trying to locate Ryan-Christopher from the band VAGABOND. I’d go thru myspace, but my account got all screwed up over there, so…. Anyway, I’ve published RAYSREALM (under a few different names) since 1983 and have put it online a few years ago, most recently at: www.raysrealm.blogspot.com
I cover a lot of different music, leaning toward hard, guitar-driven rock and metal and my main goal is to find bands whom I think are doing something interesting but are not getting enough credit for it. I’m down in Florida this week with my family (wife & 5 kids) and when I’m away somewhere, I usually make it my business to visit at least one used record/CD store and pick up something by a local band that I’d otherwise never have heard of. A lot of times, this nets me a cool find and last night, I was at Park Ave CD’s in Orlando and I happened upon your disc. It looked interesting, so I (as I often do) figured what the hell and bought it. Very glad I did, one listen in and this is, I think, a very unique album. I love the riffs, guitars, etc. but I also really like the vocals, some of the unusual ideas and the style of the songwriting. It’s not something I can put my finger on right away, but it there are things about it that are quite different and set themselves apart. There’s a groove there that I really like and which speaks of someone who enjoys a lot of different music…I hear funk and different overtones of things even like r&b in the proceedings.
I’m going to be reviewing the disc on my site after several more listens and if you’re interested, I can give you the heads-up as soon as a review is posted. Also, I’m wondering if you might be interested in answering a few questions for my site. Let me know.
It would be great to hear from you!

TIMOTHY LANE ESTES
About Psychoskinz Hard hitting and visual drummer, TIMOTHY LANE ESTES "Psychoskinz" has been in the drum world since the age of 8 when he picked up his first pair of sticks. After finishing High school early to focus on his first serious rock band, RIFF RAFF, out of Central Florida, TIMOTHY LANE ESTES moved on to Los Angeles with "Lick". After causing a stir on Hollywoods Sunset Strip and recording a 4 song ep, "LICK" split up and the madness continued in Atlanta Atl was shortlived and TIMOTHY LANE ESTES moved to NY to record and live in Mansion Audio, a studio in upstate. That is where he crossed paths with guitar God....PRIEST. Priest and TIMOTHY LANE ESTES formed NYC's "THE DEADLYZ" which recorded and toured through 2008. After personal differences caught up with The Deadlyz, TIMOTHY LANE ESTES joined Orlando's "VAGABOND". Which brings us to the present...After a year of VAGABOND, HE has teamed back up with PRIEST and introduced him to RYAN-CHRISTOPHER, Guitars in VAGABOND.....TO BE CONTINUED!!!!!!!!
